Bishop Systems LLC provides automated business systems including CRM management, missed call text-back, automated follow-up, reviews automation, appointment booking, and sales pipeline tools for small businesses.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending them automated messages

4. SMS Messaging & Compliance

When using Bishop Systems' SMS features, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
Only send messages to recipients who have provided explicit opt-in consent
Honor all STOP/HELP requests promptly
Not use our platform for spam, cold texting, or unsolicited messages
Include required disclosures (message frequency, STOP/HELP instructions, rates notice) in your messaging

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly. By providing payment information, you authorize Bishop Systems to charge the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in cold texting
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bishop Systems LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bishop Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Bishop Systems reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
